The Fruit Tea Box includes:

  • 2 Fruit flavoured syrup
  • Green tea leaves in tea bags
  • 3 Cups with lids
  • Choice of compostable or reusable bubble tea straws
  • Topping of choice (pearls, coconut jelly, or mango stars)
  • Recipe card

This box can make 10 servings of bubble tea which is equivalent to 5 of the bubble tea cups (700mL) that we include.

Recommend getting your own cups and straws

I got a box as an activity to do with a friend. Since I've never made boba at home, I don't have straws or cups to go with them. So I opted for the plastic cups and the paper straws. Straws were super cute, but the material makes more boba than the amount of straws I got in my opinion. The first plastic cup I tried warped when I poured in the tea. Needless to say, I did not use the other cups (of which there were 3 in total) and opted to use my own mugs. Not quite as aesthetic, but the boba was delicious! I prefer it not as sweet, and make sure you put the flavour syrup in before the ice. It mixes better when the tea is hot :) I will definitely order from here again once I get some reusable boba straws :)

Other than that, the boba was yummy! I got strawberry and peach. Surprised with how much I liked the peach! Making the tapioca bubbles took a while, but following the instructions was easy and I set a timer for ten minutes and got up to stir them. When the pandemic's over, I might order some more things and have a little boba night with my buds.
